Outstanding Pre-school Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award 2015

The Outstanding Pre-school Mother Tongue Language (MTL) Teacher Award is jointly organised by the three Language Promotion Committees (Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning, the Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee and the Tamil Language Learning and Promotion Committee) and is supported by the Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism. 

The award aims to encourage more teachers to inspire the learning and use of MTL in young children. The award recognises pre-school MTL teachers for their passion in making MTL learning interesting and for their unique ability to kindle a love for the MTL.

The awards were presented by Mr Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Education and Ms Sim Ann, Minister of State, Ministry of Education & Ministry of Communications and Information, at the 4th MTL Symposium on Saturday, 29 August 2015.
