推广华文学习委员会举办“新空下“全国学生新谣音乐节的宗旨是什么？

• 借助本地华语歌曲和流行文化，引导学生以更有趣活泼的方式学习华文，提高学生的阅读和写作能力。
• 鼓励与推广华语校园歌曲创作，发掘新一代有创作才华的学生，培养创新精神，传承本土新谣文化。
• 培养校园歌手，让学生有机会走出校园，发挥华语演唱才艺，成为年轻学子学习华文的楷模，从而推广华文的学习和运用。

• engage students in the learning of the Chinese Language in an interesting and lively manner, so as to enhance their reading and writing abilities through the promotion of local Mandarin songs and pop culture;
  
• encourage and promote the composition of Mandarin songs, discover a new generation of musically talented individuals, cultivate a spirit of creativity and innovation, and ensure the continuity of the local Xinyao music culture, and 
  
• discover and develop talented singers, providing a platform for young students to showcase their talents through the singing of Mandarin songs.
